Direct Primary Care (DPC)

Lux Kids Acute Care

$250 per visit (for children of adult members)
$500 per visit (for children of non-members)

For children ages 5–17, we offer same-day or next-day visits for common concerns such as coughs, colds, strep throat, pink eye, ear pain, urinary pain, minor injuries, and sports physicals.

Children of Adult Members: $250 per visit
Children of Non-Members: $500 per visit

Our Lux Kids Acute Care ensures your family receives prompt, attentive care without the wait or impersonal experience of urgent care. Point-of-care testing (such as rapid strep tests) is complimentary with these services. Designed for peace of mind, these visits allow children to return to school sooner and parents to continue their day uninterrupted, all within the refined, attentive environment that defines Luxury Lifestyle Medicine™

Lux Teens (ages 12 to 17):

($1500 annual fee)

A mindfully curated experience supporting the health, confidence, and well-being of tweens and teens as they grow into themselves.

Healthcare services included:

Unlimited follow-up primary care visits in-office or telemedicine
Same-day or next-day appointments usually available
Unrushed extended visit times
Direct communication with your physician through secure portal messaging, secure text, or phone
School and sports physicals
Pre-teen and teen health
Puberty counseling
Skin health and acne treatment
Sexual Health and STD screening
Stress and mental health screening
Substance use screening
Lifestyle medicine consultation and coaching
Chronic disease management and treatment
Preoperative consultation
Care coordination
School/sports form completion

Unlimited Lux (ages 18 to 64):

($3500 annual fee)

This Unlimited Lux Experience is thoughtfully designed to provide comprehensive primary care, seamlessly blending expert lifestyle medicine consultation and personalized coaching—ensuring your well-being is as refined as your lifestyle

Healthcare services included:

Unlimited follow-up primary care visits in-office or telemedicine
Same-day or next-day appointments usually available
Unrushed extended visit times

Preventive visits and services (annual physicals, annual gynecological exam, Pap smears, employment physicals/biometric exams, school and sports physicals)

Mental health management and treatment
Preoperative consultation
Care coordination (school/work form completion, FMLA/short-term disability paperwork, referral coordination)

($1500 quarterly fee or $5000 annual fee)

Please note Luxury Lifestyle Medicine operates independently of Medicare. As a result, membership fees and any other associated costs cannot be submitted for Medicare reimbursement. Our commitment is to providing an exclusive, concierge-level wellness experience tailored to your unique health journey.

Premium Preoperative Consult:

Included in Membership Experience. If you are not a member, please contact us for a custom quote tailored to your specific preoperative requirements.

This exclusive service is designed for individuals in overall good health who require a seamless preoperative consultation before surgery. Your experience includes a comprehensive 60-minute in-person consultation, followed by a 30-minute virtual visit to review results and receive personalized preoperative recommendations. A detailed preoperative consultation letter will also be provided for your surgeon, ensuring a smooth and sophisticated surgical preparation.

60-minute new patient preoperative consultation
30-minute follow-up virtual visit
Medication review and recommendations
EKG, review and interpretation
Preoperative labs and/or imaging available for additional cost at the Luxury Lifestyle Medicine preferred rate

For those with heart health conditions and/or chronic medical conditions, Membership Experience enrollment at Luxury Lifestyle Medicine is required for a tailored, proactive approach to optimizing your well-being before surgery.
